Been on the same regimen as you--Gemzar and cisplatin was remarkably effective at first. Went for Gemzar and cisplatin one week and Gemzar only the second week. Wow! CA-125 went down by half and half again to about 400. We cut back on the Gemzar because I was sick 3 weeks out of the month--not good quality of life for me! I ended up having a reaction to cisplatin on my last infusion with no respectable results so it was back to the drawing board. Go figure. Am trying Avastin which my insurance does cover, but it is still prohibitively expensive so I'm not sure if I will continue. At last check, CA-125 went from 400 to 230, but has stayed flat since then. We may consider adding Cytoxan to the mix. Sure it amazing what one's body will put up with. Much luck
