I've been on 75 mcg Fentanyl patches for 10 years along with many other breakthrough pain meds. I've quit all the side meds over the past year, but finding the patches tougher to put away. I read some posts that claim you have been able to cut back. How did you do it? How long between cutbacks? How bad were the withdrawals? How much can you cut back without the leg kicks (the're the worst)?

Hello Lady, thank you very much for the note. I'm sorry you're having to deal with panic attacks. Those can be really scary. I hope your daughter is doing ok. I am so glad you came back to this site. Honestly, I was so very lost. Not sure what else was going to happen. I am still not well but am definitely not in the hell I was once a part of. About how long would you say it took for you to be "right" again. By this I mean the violent sneezes, rls and bowels. Thank you for any insight!

Hi Lady, I hope you're doing well and that things with your daughter have gotten better. I'm not sure if you saw my private message I sent to you or not. I am glad you came back to help me and hopefully help others. I hope we didn't get off on the wrong foot. You should know I was coming off fentanyl, vicodin and xanx so things were extremely hard for me. Hope you understand. Have a good weekend.
