I just had one ovary removed and was having the same problems. I had a partial Hysterectomy 3 years ago, then 2 surgeries after to have cysts and Endometriosis removed. I had been in the ER 3 times, gone to a Gastro Dr just to be sure it wasn't my Gall Bladder or something because the pain went into my back (Like you hear about) and the gas pains were incredible. I made my Dr cut me hip to hip this time and get in there for a look. If you send me your email address, I'll send you the surgery report. It involved a heck of a lot more and explains the pain I was having. At this point, I'm glad I didn't let him go in Laproscopically like he wanted to. He agrees. Good luck!
