Hey there Mike, I'm can understand how painful it is to miss you Dad..especially when you are going through difficult times. He must have been an amazing guy. What would he say to now if he were here? My brother has been gone 4 years. Lately I've been struggling too. He would likely say, "Let go of the things out of your control. And develop some new strategies because the what you've been doing is not working *grinning*..If you aim for nothing sis, you'll hit your target everytime". In honour of your Dad and my brother, lets get it together today...even if it's just for today ;o) Peace
Congrats!!! I'm so glad you were able to put that nurse in her place and win the battle. Here's hoping the new meds will help ease your pain and allow you to get some much needed rest. Thank you for keeping me posted - please continue to do so.
Are you allowed to have magnesium (I don't know your meds), but they have something called natural calm. It's just magnesium but it is a liquid form so it works fast. Anyway, it helps a whole host of symptoms (everything from the heart, pain, anxiety, shaking, insomnia). I love it. I wouldn't be without it
