i think it is a purrfect progression for yogis to tai chi. We just replace asana with the smooth and rhythmic movements. The rest of patanjali-----the other 90%!-----we continue practicing. Don't miss the pranayama and meditation. The yamas and niyamas. Yep. We get up in the morning----have some chai tea---do some tai chi. And Be!
