Please go have an electrophysiology study, because you are most likely having electrical problems with your heart, I had Wolfe Parkinson White and went like you say, around 224, they ablated it (harmless and no pain) operation and now I don't have them hardly at all, but when I do they don't go for 30 minutes, they only go 11 beats and they then run into where they cut the spare electrical pathway in my heart and they then stop. Go have a special study called an electrophysiology study, sound to me like you have more than atrial fib, you actually have Wolfe Parkinson White Heart Syndrome, don't mess around, go have the testing done.
