Hi Carisa,
Although I see that I was reading an old post of yours, I wondered if you could answer a question for me. I am getting ready to begin my first IVF cycle and have an extreme fear of being nauseous and throwing up. I noticed that you said you had a similar fear. I was wondering how you made out with your fertility drugs. I'm hoping you can ease my mind!
Thank you for the note! It's definitely frustrating to deal with mono multiple times. I've had only one relapse but my first case of active EBV lasted 3 years and this case will have been active for 3 years as well. I'm not sure if you've had any luck getting your thyroid under control while you have had relapses but I know mine won't budge until the EBV numbers decrease- frustrating! For me it's the weight gain that really makes me crazy especially since I am a crazy person when it comes to wanting to be healthy and active. It's nice to know I'm not the only one dealing with this but I'm sorry to hear you have to struggle with it too. Take care, Chel.
Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks for asking. I still have a low white cell count, that's worring me, and of course the ebc. Little league is coming so I'm trying not to focus on it too much. I might have to get more tests next month if the cell count doesn't go up. How are you anything new?
Just a quick note to say hi! How are you and Piper and Maxwell? MaKayala is doing great! Turned 5 months on Thursday...time goes by so fast! She did really well with the ear piercing...she only cried for about 3 minutes...after that she was right back to playing...she didn't touch them either...
