how are you feeling at 23mg? how long have you been there? it is true that it the detox is harder as you get to the lower doses of methadone. switching to suboxone? the problem with subs. is if you are on longer than 3 weeks you also have a hard time getting off it. shorter than 3 weeks and then you will feel the meth. w/d
