olly is 100% right , exercise , swim are ways to burn away fat in the body and consume no fat food for some time will burn the fat deposit ....
same time take more carbo hydrate and protein food along with minerals and vitamin
but no to fats and cholesterol ....in any form through food or meat or oils or nuts for some days....
