[More]. After a long day of work, I find it easier to go a fast food restaurant to pick up a salad and sometimes a combo(burger & fries). It's hot and ready to eat, but I feel guilty afterwards and wish I had never eaten it. The Holidays are right around the corner and potlucks a work, smh. I know I can do this.
