I was like this for two and a half years. Had lots of blood tests told I was fine until I got a locum doctor who decided to test my Ferritin levels (iron) and it was found my iron was low. Doctors do not always test your iron levels and athletes use up iron much quicker than people who do not excercise. Your iron levels should be between 25 - 350. Mine was 5! Get it tested and ask your level. K

Jdm I am a 45 YO female who recently noticed exactly the same though somewhat more severe symptoms and recently came across an article about myotonic dystrophy which explains all our symptoms and also has insulin resistance which can cause the anxiety google it and take it to a neurologist or your cardiologist. Hello, I read your postings and feel relieved because somehow they validate my experiences. I try to explain that type of anxiety that causes palpitations which causes adrenaline to shoot through me which makes my heart beat faster. People look at me like im crazy...even doctors. Im 25 but it is sp scary to feel so sensitive, like the simplest movements cause it. I am constantly aware of my heart and it's stressful psychologically. I also have a murmur and dont know why. I wish someone could figure out something! Have you tried accupuncture for relaxation? It helps! God bless you Sir! ***@****
