I've recently planted the seed in my mind to start the path to go to nutrition school. I believe that proper nutrition should be the base of any health regime and the first thing that people should reconsider when their health goes awry. Our bodies are not meant to eat
[More] large amounts of grain, sugar or pasteurized dairy. Large amounts of veggies, small amounts of gluten-free grains, soaked nuts, and free-range (not grain fed) meat is the way to get most people back on track with their health. Exercise and laughing are also key. I like to look at all perspectives before I make decisions, but whenever I'm in doubt, I refer to evolution.
