Hang in there and the time will fly by, got the friend request and he looks absolutely gorgeous :) nice chubby bubby :) hopefully you will be able to catch up on some rest this week while the other kids are away, and can then go show him off!! :)
as long as his latch is good, your most of the way there, just feed him whenever he wants, so demad feeding is really the go with breastfeeding, at the begining he may want a feed every 1 1/2-2 hrs , thats because breast milk is easily digested, formula takes longer for them to digest so they tend to g longer inbetween feeds, anyway, make sure he's had a good 20-30 min on one side, then burp/change him etc, then offer him the other side, each time you feed him, make sure you have a large glass of water as well, most b/fed babies will get fussy around 4-9pm thats when your milk is at its lowest, so make sure you have a good breakfast and try and have a rest during the afternoon, and that should help with that, remember that putting him to the breast will encourage your milk :)
thats soo good that it went so smoothly :), yeah the stinging part when the head is crowning is ouchy, I'm glad your partner handled it :) the balls can be huge, hehe your partner probably puffed his chest out abit and thought, "thats my boy"hehe" he will probably have you up all night tonight, but hopefully he wont, its soo special those first few weeks, cant wait to see a photo :)
