I not sure how to use this site. I have had the same problems for over 20 yrs, it was a few years ago that I solved my problem. I can't eat a lot of breads or pasta. for some reason my digestive system slowly breaks it down. I can have it but have to keep track on how much of it I eat, but let say I have some pizza and a sandwich one day, I wait at least 24 plus hours before I eat any bread of pasta again. My problem has almost completely gone away. I only get it when I ignore my bread and past intake then I pay for it, which usually happens when I am on a trip because you eat a lot of fast foods. I went from having 4-8 attacks a month to just a few a year.
