Divorce is a b*****d for sure, but you'll survive. Follow your own advice about being positive & you'll soon be well. I've got a few surgical procedures to go through early Dec. But am happy about that, at least here they're free & are for my own good. Pain's also very hard to get used to, but somehow people do, very often, it varies from individual tol...... How it's perceived is the key. Dwell on the good things & disregard the negatives, sounds trite, but for me it's working. Whatever's necessary for it to continue I'll do. Good to have so many people to contact on here & get the benefit of their experiences. Wish you happiness & contentment. You can get there for sure, just believe you will & you're there. All the best George
Happy Thanksgiving! I'm sorry you have many hurdles, I understand. My neuropathy makes it difficult for me to walk for very long, but I will do yoga exercises or even Isometerics is another one you can sit do. Are you familiar with those? It must be hell not being able to breath through your nose, I hope they will do a better job on that issue for you. Whatever you are doing today, make it a good day for someone else and it will be good for you. Take care-aheart
Good to hear from you again! All's well with me. Mood's been excellent for a long time now. Of course I get the normal trials of life, but so far am coping well with them. Hope same for you. This site's great, has helped me a lot,it's part of my routine now & I have no intention of leaving it. My meds are for life, I can accept that & do whatever I can to maintain a positive outlook. It's worked for me. How have you been? I lost touch with a young lad that was having heart surgery ~ perhaps he failed to make it? Such is life. Enjoy whatever you can. Best wishes, George
Happy Thanksgiving! bosianworrier, hi how are you doing. Sometimes quitting your meds can make things worse, I hope you worked this out with your physician first. I know one thing, when we have anxiety we aren't breathing right and that can also bring on more symptoms. Try deep breathing and other relaxation technics. Also not getting enough exercise can do it also. The more exercise you get moving your large muscles the better your feeling of well being gets. Good Luck whatever method you choose, take care Keep me imformed of your progress! aheart:)
