Hello Elizabeth. My names Heather, I'm 15 years old and I have the same upper left quadrant pain as you. I also have a slightly enlarged pancreas, I've been to many doctors since I was about 3 years old and have never found the answer to this. I've only heard "it's all in your head" and "it's just reflux" ive been put on so many meds and am still trying to figure this out. Have you learned anything new about the pain?
