An erection is the filling of a man's penis with blood. This is my suggestion to accomplish that goal, At bottom of testicles, pull them up with index and middle finger of strong hand. Horizontally stroke main vein
( found below testicles ), with weak hand. This method should increase blood flow to penis, and create an erection.
Yossarian, I'm having problem with my penis as well which I think is shrinking. I need help and support from you as I feel really alone right now.
