I saw your post about tinnitus. I saw a news show about one year ago about a musician in Great Britian that could suddenly hear everything inside of his body. He suffered for ten years before learning it was caused by an open space inside his ear canal. A surgeon was able to place material/matter in that area to correct it. The man said he could hear every footstep, heartbeat etc. and that as he spoke he heard his voice as it was produced inside his head. I sent you this because you said you could hear your breathing, chewing, etc. I hope it helps.
