Just a quick note to say hi!
I read that you are a retired school teacher. My grandmother and 3 aunts were teachers. Now, I teach part-time. You are 44 and retired already.....you are one lucky woman.
Love your "no nonsense" answers; brilliant.

Oh, I'm just so sorry to hear that! That would absolutely be a heartwrenching shock! All the things like pictures and kid's artwork would be so sad to lose. But you have each other and your dogs, which is good. But that must have hurt. We had an incredibly mild winter. It snowed maybe 1 to 2 inches the entire season! We had 80 degree weather last week. Today is a high of 65 and it is sunny. We sometimes have a snow fall in March but we are straight into late Spring/summer weather this year. Strange but enjoyable. Have a good one!
Oh my gosh, you lost your home to fire? I think I remember that firestorm---- I live in Ohio, but remember that in the news. How horrible. Did you lose all of your possessions? Pics and everything?? That would be so hard but having your life and loved ones is far more important. I'm glad you were able to rebuild and like your new house! We had an Easter egg hunt today and party. Kids sure do love finding those plastic eggs, don't they?? LOL It was a good day. Back to school tomorrow though. We have spring break week after next. Yeah! San Diego is a pretty city-----
wow, that is your OWN garden? Cool!! So, atrium garden------- is that a glassed in room in your house? When I lived in Dallas, one of my good friends had an atrium in the center of her house. It was very cool. I'm having a good weekend, but busy. Lots of kid stuff. right now they are sitting like slugs because they are exhausted. Kind of like them this way. LOL It's been really non stop the rest of yesterday and today. Anyway, you take care!
