As a matter of fact, i relapsed a bit because of my OCD and depression and will be starting the Thomas recipe today to get off oxycodone / roxicet 30 mg pills. It works, but have plenty of benzo's, preferably xanax and try to sleep the first two days away and the rest is mental and forcing yourself to get up and exercise and get motivated. GOOD LUCK AGAIN AND REMEMBER, IM DOING THE SAME AS WELL SO I'LL BE IN YOUR SHOES FOR A BIT AND IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN.

The Thomas home detox method worked great for me. Just google thomas home detox and it gives you the entire setup. If you follow it, it works great. Get through the first 3-4 days and the rest is just getting the energy back and thats where the B-12 and forced excercise worked great for me. It takes dedication but the benzo's and immodium make the entire process much easier. good luck and hope this helps
