[More]h fruits and vegs i eat fish, chicken breast. or turkey once in a while no cold cuts, i was doing ok until the Dr told me i am border line, she put me on Met 500. The first week or so i loose 7 lbs and then i gain it all back , my diet did not change, I am at the point where i feel very disgusted, and don;t want to go out. I will be seeing her again i have not weigh myself so i don;t know how many lbs i have gained, but i know i am going crazy. I don't indulge in fast food. no fry food always broil or steam so i dont know that is the problem. Thanks for reading. The biggest problem i cant sleep i would stay awake until wee hrs in the morning i am taking tamazepan 30mg no help. sometimes i take a benadryl or a neocritan but nothing helps.and i am afraid i may overdose.Please guys give me some advise.
