I'm a 55 year old male and was taking busbar, xanax, ambien and cymbalta in 2011.Never had a problem with drugs in my life, but the combination of these drugs almost killed me and cost me a week in the hospital. I was suffering from depression and only needed something to help me sleep and deal with anxiety. My doctor kept prescribing me more drugs to deal with depression and anxiety and slowly but surely I went for a hard fall. Be very careful what drugs you take and how. I never thought in my life I'd end up like I did, fortunately I'm off most of them now except the Cymbalta. RX prescriptions are just as dangerous as illegal drugs if not taken properly You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi. I read your post. I have just found I have mild global hypokinesis. It's a EF of 40%. I see you had increased yours from 40-45% to 55%. How did you do it. I'm going to see a cardioist. I've always been healthy. I'm just a little worries.
