I too have dealt with the clicking when swallowing and a feeling of a lump in my throat. It is extremely uncomfortable and irritating. No one seemed to have an answer until I went to my massage therapist. She worked on the front & side of my neck and it completely relieved the problem. I was so thrilled. That was several months ago. Well, just recently I started having symptoms again, so went back to see my massage therapist and she repeated the massage and I again have relief. Hope this helps you! A simple solution to a very annoying problem.
