I'm so glad you are OK. Dr.'s are so frustrating. If you can, I could use prayers. I am basically bedridden from chronic pain. I have back and neck and joint pain. I used to, in my younger days, work out too much--so advice to you is be careful and don't stress your body. It backfires. good luck..
