Hi, my name is Rike and I'm not posting very often- but just saw your post about the vertigo that started now on top of everything else you have to deal with. I really hope it will recede again- and most of all, that you will finally receive a (proper!) diagnosis so you can get the right treatment after all these years. I really feel with you, having to use a walker at 27, I'm wishing you lots and lots of strength and as much calm as possible- and that this will only be a temporary episode. Take care, Rike
