every two weeks since or so ive cut by .25 or .5
2/25/12 at 1.25 mg x w/ 30 mg v
2/26/12 NO MORE XANAX @ 45 MG PER DAY OF V!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4/8 holding 40mg v...making a cut hopefully to 35 in two weeks
4/20 no weed smokin lol down to 35 mg v, Doctors tomorrow to request
PHENOBARBITAL TO GET COMPLETLEY OFF THIS CRAP!
4/21 90 mg Phenobarbital NO BENZOS
5/1 major meltdown in ER

I had a script for 30 Ativan a month, which I would always use in one week. I did that for a year. Than I decided to by them overseas. I got 90 and went thru them in a month. Then I got 250 and went thru them in a month. Then I went to rehab ;0)
