So glad to receive your note and very happy to hear that everything went well with your ablation. I am doing well, thanks. It's been over a year now and I am still in awe at the difference the ablation made in improving my quality of life. Mine was AVNRT too. AVNRT is one of the easiest types of SVT to fix, so I'm sure you will continue to do just fine. I also thought the recovery time would be at least a week, but after a day or so, I was feeling well enough to resume my regular activities and am now able to do things I haven't been able to do in years without worry. You made the right decision. Congratulations and continued good health to you! Keep us posted on your progress.
Thanks for your note and glad to hear the ablation went well. My heart is still doing well...no issues. Only problem now is that they discovered cancer in my thyroid so now I need to go get all my thyroid out and maybe some lymph nodes too. That surgery will be in 4 weeks...then treatment some weeks after that. Can't seem to catch a break. But no worries, I'll be fine, just a temporary setback. I'm so glad I had the ablation done when I did. That was the best decision. Best to you.
