[More]g off most, if not all medications, eventually. A few years back, my liver came EXTREMELY close to shutting down from an allergy to TYLENOL, so I am afraid of MOST medication. I have lost 80 pounds this year, but am now having panic attacks that get worse when I exercise...though, in the past two days I have been on the treadmill twice (30 minutes and 1 hour).
I am a Christian and have, in the past week, begun the "Daniel Plan" online from Saddleback Church to hopefully learn to be even healthier NATURALLY!! I am married with two grown sons and 4 grandchildren. I sew...do crafts, READ, and WRITE.
