I am not a lawyer. I would speak to an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice. Since these attorneys work on a contingency basis, it should not cost you anything to speak to one to find out if you have a case. The question is - who would you be suing.
No one can stop you from seeing your own doctor. I don't understand. Is it a question of insurance?
