Yes, I have a real problem being lightheaded. Have a broken foot right now and have to limit use of crutches because the effort required causes me to become breathless and lightheaded. Won't be able to check on levels you mention till foot is healed. It's a bad injury and will require weeks of limited mobility. But I have plenty of time to do research on internet! So, thanks for your ideas.Broken bone could prove a blessing in the long run! Take care.
