I saw your post I am not a sub user myself, my husband is tho, so I know how hard it is.... You made it 10 days that is something to be proud of it shows just how much you want to be off them and there is light at the end of the tunnel... I have heard that subs are as hard to get off of as heroin and the pills that cause people to need the subs. It sounds like youare on your way you have madeit 10 days just keep in mind it will get better only if you keep up the great work.
