About Me: Female, 51, Troutville, VA, member since May 2012
I am 47 years old, divorced, living in Roanoke Va. I am suffering from chronic back pain since I lifted 150 lbs. (home health job for a friend) and had a fusion done 11/11 at L5-S1; now vertebral hemangioma is in herniated L3 disc (herniated since 2010) measuring 20 mm
[More] and all my other disc are bulging and now have facet degeneration as well as spinal stenosis. I even have herniated disc in neck now! Bowel & bladder problems, right leg pain & numbness and now left leg doing same in severe pain to where I have to visit ER each 15 days. I see neurologist for nerve test June 21 and urologist June 13 -- I was told by my Spine surgeon my condition was NOT back related but yet I got a copy of ER report and know different now. Is he giving up on me? Would you go and find a new spine surgeon?
