Hello from a 44 year old thyroidless girl in Vancouver Canada. I had a complete thyroidectomy in 2008 followed by 30 radiation treatments (papillary). 4 clean body scans down and the final one this spring. Aside from having my Synthroid constantly adjusted, poor memory, and constantly watching my weight, Im doing ok. Thanks for sharing your story.
Just a quick note to say hi! Oh I am relieved to hear that the lack of ab occasional word maynot be due to Cancerous throid! Thanks to you and others I was able to speak knowledgeably
with my friend and she is on the way to seeing her endocrinologist seeking more tests!mThank you for answering my post, Char
