I am a senior citizen. I have found that alcohol taken at night makes rls worse. I have tried streaching and walking and putting legs up and everything everyone else has. NO one else in my family that I know of has or has had this. Mine started after my first pregnancy.
"I have had rls for over 40 years. a muscle relaxer helped for a long time but has stopped working. I have tried 2 med from my dr. and it makes me groggy all night. I will try what you use Don. Thanks. Jean"
