I am one of those on the fence about the HCG weight loss. I have been reading lots of messages on here and I wasnt entirely sold on the process. Not that I was against it either but all of the "bickering" I guess that was going back and forth. I have to admit though that your post was very well put. I am in the military and fairly well disciplined. I have gained quite a bit of weight due to surgery on the knee, the rehab and age. I have tried the various weight loss diets and this one does make sence. Thank you though for putting it all into perspective. I am convinced now that I will try my hand at the HCG/vlcd diet plan.
Thank you again for your articulation.
