I recently started experiencing this symptom; to make matters worse my blood pressure is dangerously high. I know you posted this a while ago - I will like to know if you have been able to medically confirm what is happening to you.
My husband has been diagnosed with early onset PD. He is 47. Doctors now suspect that symptoms of early onset PD may occur up to ten years before a formal diagnosis related to hand tremor etc. His symptoms 10 years prior to diagnosis of PD were Reactive Sleep Disorder, loss of sense of smell, low energy and apathy, difficulty initiating movement sometimes, and odd bouts of anxiety/depression with no clear external cause. Often he describes having tremors on the inside even thought there is no tremor visible to the eye. Maybe pushing the doctors to investigate early onset of PD which has a higher incidence in the Midwest might help clarify things for you.
