About Me: Female, 34, Minneapolis, MN, member since Jun 2012
I am 30 years old and have struggled with anxiety all of
[More] my life, but it has been especially bad over the last eight years. I was feeling great up until December 2011 (I had been taking Lexapro), when out of nowhere the anxiety came back. I'm currently trying my luck on Zoloft, but haven't really noticed any improvement. I'm open to suggestions anyone has for relaxing and trying to take my mind off of how I feel. I've found that the worst part of my anxiety is that I think about it all the time. UGH! :)
