Hi! I am mother of three teenagers. I am happily married to a great, understanding guy for 26 1/2 years. I was employed full/part time for 25 years as Rad Tech, but have taken some time off to regain health and enjoy last years with my kids before they leave for college
My husband's job has allowed us to see the world, moving many times thru our lives. And each place we have been blessed with lots of friendships. We plan to move again after our last child finishes high school.
I am a Christian who believes in the power of prayer so I will be happy to pray for you or your situation and always appreciate/feel the any prayers on my behalf. Thanks and god bless.
thank you so much for the message you left me to something I posted. I will be checking Into what you said and I am taking some vits. But I'm pretty sure I need to do a detox or something anyway I wanted to write you and note and thank you,
Take care, Rhea
Thanks for responding to my question, S & T! I felt like I was losing my mind as well, from the anxiety & lack of sleep.
Update: I went to my doctor, who was very concerned about the panic attacks that go along with the other symptoms, & prescribed 1/2 to 1 25mg Xanax at bedtime. I slept all night for the first night in at least a week, and this morning I'm not a weepy, knotted-up bundle of nerve endings like I usually am. So this is what "normal" is supposed to feel like!
I really appreciate your input, letting me know that what I've been feeling isn't unusual. What with all the other health issues that have hit me only since January, it sure does help to know that other people have experienced it and are surviving. :D
You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. i get better for a bit and crash, i believe to it has to do with physical and mental, and you have to work on all to get well. Im always a worry wort and got some baggage to deal with. Keep in mind healing requires body mind and spirit. work on all 3. Thanks and goodluck
