I'm still of the mind that you are having the beginnings of panic attacks and I feel that if you relay to your doctor, what you relayed on here you might get more advice and better medications to track it.
See, when panic attacks begin, they appear like out of nowhere! You just suddenly start exhibiting symptoms such as you indicated. Why do they happen? That's a question still being pondered. Who is most susceptible? Anyone at anytime.
Why don't you discuss it with him/her? I think what is good about the advanced knowledge is that doctors sometimes forget to think out of the box. They get hooked on what they are experts on and forget how fragile the rest of their patient can be.
