Just a quick note to say hi! Netti,....I had the same problem with the ichy arms!!! Found the solution and ended the problem. Get peppermint oil to stop the heat and ichy from deep within!!! Then....get Nutritional Yeast also known as Brewers Yeast, the yellow, powdered form, take 5 tablespoons in water per day...this will heal your problem!!!
