The key is to just find a replacement that’s OK! The body communicate with us through all these symptoms! …but it s like talking to 3 or 5 different people at the same time – confusing! Get them one on one and the conversation will flow! Please try to cut on these I guarantee improvement! If anybody want some tips on replacing some food – I m willing to help! Take care!
Something affected us again but not as severe. I found that we changed our juice to one containing sulphate as preservative. I also found that vinegar made my eyes hurt and my joints as well ... sulphate. We are now avoiding all kinds of preservatives! If nothing is allowed to live in this long life food items, how are we supposed to do it! ;-) At this stage we did not get ill anymore! …yes we only got a runny nose and a mild cough when accidently eating some of these things we wanted to avoid. Then the same happened when eating sweets containing colorants and artificial flavourings. We are now avoid all sweets, cool drinks, even crisps. Some brands only add salt. That’s OK. ...continue
Hi Sarah Lee2, I hope that you’ll read this and that it will help you and some others. My mother and father were tested for food intolerances because of skin conditions and wheat were one of the big no-no s for them! I decided to cut on it as well and started with bread. I had a big improvement on my sore itchy red eyes, runny nose, flaky sculp, congested sinuses, wheezing cough, joint pains, etc. Pasta, biscuits, rusks, cereals etc contain wheat as well. Cut 1@ a time (I did it slowly cause I had to find a replacement for each). It took a year to fully cut out wheat. It is hidden in processed meat, sausage, sauces, yogurt, etc. We now eat Rye flour products. I have more to say than the space allow me ...continue
