Just wanted to let you know I can relate. I tried to respond to your post but I am not sure if it went through. I read your post and had tears in my eyes. I feel for you having lived near the world trade towers on 9/11 and then to have respiratory problems with kids at home, I know it is a struggle. I am 30, a single parent of a 5 year old girl, and I have been diagnosed with some form of copd, with unknown origin. It is a struggle for me to breathe a lot of the time, and I feel a lot of time that it is unfair to my daughter for me to have this disease. My local doctor has referred me to Duke University, where they will hopefully be able to help me or specify my diagnosis. My appointment is Tues 4/15. Please email me, I would love to become friends. ***@****
