Oh, and if you don't have hand-weights I know Walmart has 3-lb weights for like $2 apiece. You might have to start out without hand-weights. I've been doing the workout for a little over a month and just started using the weights since Christmas and it is HARD! So you could use 2-lb weights or cans of soup or something instead.

She just started throwing fits like a month ago. It is so scary because even if we're in public she throw herself back and start kicking her feet and scream at the top of her lungs. It is very amusing but really embarrassing at the same time. If I'm walking though the house and I dont pick her up when she crawls up to me she'll charge my legs. Haha so funny!
