As we prepare to start the challenge, I am soooo happy your are participating! You are very sweet! At times, as we move forward with our weight loss efforts, we find there are times when we overeat or eat the wrong things. In keeping the mood tracker, we can look back on those times and find out if there is a particular emotion that may be triggering those events. In my case, it happened when I was lonely, sad or mad. When I realized that, it allowed me to develop a plan to correct that response. If I had not kept track of my moods along with my food, I would not have realized it.
