No te desesperes, yo he ganado aproximadamente 100 libras y tambien quiero perderlas pero si nos desesperamos ganaremos más peso. Trata de empezar a hacer pequeños cambios en tu dieta, no te exijas mucho porque terminarás frustrada. Yo comencé a hacer cambios esta semana y te invito para que te unas y nos demos animo. Uno de los cambios fué arroz blanco por arroz integral y trataré de preparar caldo de pollo con vegetales por lo menos 2 a 3 veces por semana.
