Just a quick note to say hi! Poor you! I've just had the flu. It's a b***ch! Try to do what I didn't......rest! Hope you feel better soon. PS if it gets your chest, breathe steam from a bowl with Thyme oil or herbal tincture in it. Thyme is antiseptic. Raw Garlic is a natural antiseptic too (if you can eat it) Does wonders.
