Just a quick note to say hi! It is so good to hear from you. How are you doing these days?
Hi Teresa,
OH NO! I hear you though. Thinking back to the late 90's when I had Plantar Facietis (SP?) I am sure it was all hormone related. I have narrowly missed two other bouts with that awful heal pain since then. And, guess what? I have to have surgery on the second toe of each foot. Having it done in late August and will take over a week to recover. But, hopefully I will not get numbness in my feet any longer (pressure from the Metatarsal which is at the bottom of all this).
Sorry to lose touch recently. I have not had such a busy summer in years. Finally getting caught up on my 'life chores.' Oil change soon??? (Meaning lunch of course) ... or coffee by my place at work before the surgery.
Talk to you soon,
Mary
Hi Teresa,
Thinking of you this week and hope you're doing okay. I had to go to a workshop on Tuesday night in Stillwater. It was a good workshop, but I was dragging all week. My co-worker was so wiped out that she had to call in sick the next day. Sometimes there is too much of a "good" thing, you know? I have not done much reading this week, but I need to find that Test/sleep reference! Mary
Thanks for the note, Teresa. Hope you had a great day! Ours was quiet (a welcomed feeling). Had dinner with friends around the corner. Katie is out of town. I did not cook this year and typically don't mind a bit cooking a big part of the meal, but it was so nice to have a break this year! Talk to you soon. Reading another Vliet book (It's Your Ovaries, Stupid!)...gosh, I hate to even write that... You'll think I am calling you names!!! I am reading about sleep and testosterone... I might be onto something. Mine came in low (Blood test.. 15 for test.) and in the beginning range I was looking for on the Estradiol...(88 pg/ml). I was very excited. Progesterone did not even register. The nurse and I talked for a LONG time... she is ordering the book I borrowed from you :) WOW! Mary
