[More]d sometimes steroid shots help. I went to an orthopedic surgeon who did a lot of work on my back with out any side effects from surgery or paralysis. Do the research, understand what the disease it and read all you can. Find a doctor who can give you straight answers and no dope medication. The medication sometimes will work and other times will not. Don't just take a doctors word for it. Take the time to understand what causes disease like this and what the drugs can and cannot do. Accept the idea that you can never be pain free but the mind is stronger than the drugs. Use this power to center yourself and DON'T give up just because of pain. Yes it is rough but the alternative of living on drugs wears thin when you body no longer feels relief from the drugs. Thanks for listening...best of luck!!!!
