hey ya i did have my surgery went fairly well very long operation 16 hours mainly due to the fact i have no neck to speak of so my head doesnt quite bend as much as they would like i will post an update soon im very tired still and in alot of pain cant keep comfortable anywhere laying down is almost impossible been getting sleep about 2 hours a rip max DEREK
