im 53,i suffer with fibromyalgia,i.b.s. c.o.p.d. and depression.i try to stay posative,but find it very difficult,hope talking to others with simalar problems may help.as people who are fit & well,dont realy understand.

You answered my post on the meds for Fibromyalgia and you sounded like you really need a friend, so I wanted to respond and let you know that you are free to post to me anytime, private message or note if you need to talk. Hi, I wanted to let you know that my doctor has figured out the cause of my fibromyalgia. I am unsure if there are different causes of fibromyalgia. My fibro was caused by a blood sugar imbalance, called insulin resistance. Insulin resistance causes your body to be unable to utilize it's insulin. If your body can't use its insulin then you can't break down glucose. If you can't break down glucose then your muscles, brain and so on don't get fed. You don't have to be overweight to have this problem. Look up insulin resistance and see what you think. It is worth a shot.
